Ask about the 7-day plan, delivery details, ingredients or the food guides. Short, clear messages are easiest to answer, especially when dates, meal needs and contact details are included.

Best route
The contact page is best for a quick question. The 7-day plan page is better when you already know the menu style, meals per day, household size, ingredients, delivery address and preferred start date. That keeps the contact form light and keeps bigger requests in the place built for them.
If the question starts with “can you make a week for me,” the plan form is the right place. If it starts with “can I ask about this detail,” the contact form is enough.
After sending
Every form on the site uses the same thank-you destination. That means the visitor is not left on a blank page or a fake route. From there, it is easy to return to the Journal, the Top 10 list or the weekly menu preview.
The confirmation page also shows a reference number and submitted summary when form details are present, so the flow feels finished instead of abrupt.
